- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 lrg eggs
- 1 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp red gel dye more if using liquid dye
